Is this a general-purpose AI chatbot?
Casturi Kids is a parent-controlled learning space. Children explore subjects and helpers within your settings. Sparkle is an AI helper, not a person, a friend replacement, or a substitute for a teacher.
What can I see in the parent dashboard?
Review learning activity and safety events for each child. Choose full conversations, safety alerts and summaries, or learning summaries only. The setting changes which message excerpts you can see; your child can see their privacy setting too.
What happens if a child asks something inappropriate?
Messages and replies are checked for unsafe content, personal information, and age appropriateness. A request may be blocked or redirected, and a safety event can appear in your dashboard. If a safety check fails, the helper pauses that response. No filter is perfect; stay involved and discuss anything concerning.
Will it do my child’s homework for them?
Helpers are designed to guide with explanations, hints, and practice. Encourage your child to explain their thinking and follow their school’s rules for AI. Answers can be wrong, so check them together when accuracy matters.
Is Free a trial?
Free is an ongoing plan with a daily AI message allowance, not a temporary Premium trial. The plan comparison shows the current profile limits and message allowances. Premium renews monthly until canceled.
Can I set limits even on Premium?
Yes. You choose subjects, helpers, daily learning time, and bedtime for each child. Unlimited messages do not override these controls. Children cannot change parent settings or access billing.
What do you do with my child’s data?
We collect only what learning and safety need, never sell it, and never show ads to kids. Dates of birth are encrypted, conversations are deleted automatically after a set period, and you can export or delete your family’s data at any time.
How does my child sign in?
Create a parent account and finish family setup. Add a child profile and choose their username and PIN. Your child signs in through Kids login using your email, their username, and that PIN.
