These terms are an agreement between you and Casturi AI (“we”, “us”) for using Casturi Kids. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Who can use Casturi Kids
You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. Children ages 7 to 17 may use the learning space only through a profile their parent creates and supervises. You are responsible for keeping your password and your children’s PINs private and for all activity on your account.
What Casturi Kids is, and isn’t
Casturi Kids offers AI learning helpers for homework support, practice, reading, writing, and curiosity. Sparkle and the other helpers are AI. They are not people, teachers, counselors, or medical, legal, or emergency services, and they don’t replace trusted adults.
AI can be wrong. Check important answers together, and follow your child’s school rules about using AI for assignments. If a child is in danger or needs urgent help, contact local emergency services.
Safety and parent controls
We check messages and replies for unsafe content, age fit, and personal information, and apply the limits you set. No filter is perfect. Stay involved, review safety events, and talk with your child about what they’re learning.
Acceptable use
Please don’t:
- Share accounts outside your household or let others use a PIN.
- Try to get around safety checks, parent settings, or usage limits.
- Use Casturi Kids to harass anyone, create harmful content, or break the law.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service, or resell access.
We may pause or close accounts that break these rules, especially to protect children.
Plans and billing
- The Free plan is ongoing and includes a daily message allowance shown on our pricing section. It is not a trial.
- Premium is a monthly subscription billed in advance through our payment processor. It renews automatically until you cancel in parent billing. Canceling stops future renewals; checkout and the billing portal show exactly when access changes.
- Prices may change. We’ll email you before a change affects your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
- Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong, contact us and we’ll look at it fairly.
Your content
Your family owns the stories, answers, and ideas you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Casturi Kids for you, as described in our privacy policy. The Casturi Kids name, Sparkle, and our designs belong to Casturi AI.
Ending your account
You can delete a child profile or your account at any time from parent settings. We delete data as described in our privacy policy.
Disclaimers and liability
Casturi Kids is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that AI replies are accurate or complete, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we’ll notify you by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
